№ 01 The cloud
Amazon Web Services
Everything I ship runs on AWS — Cognito, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, S3, SES. Going deep on one cloud beats spreading thin across three.
What I run: Specifically: CDK for infra-as-code, serverless-first wherever possible, all the boring stuff so I can focus on the app.

№ 02 The newsletter
Beehiiv
Built for growth and monetization. Free up to 2,500 subs, real analytics, ad network and paid subscriptions when you outgrow free.
What I run: Where The Dispatch lives. Embeds cleanly into Astro, owns the list, exports any time.

№ 03 The editor
Cursor
VS Code with a brain. Cuts the time between "I know what I want" and "the change is in the diff" by an order of magnitude.
What I run: My daily driver for everything: Astro, Swift, TypeScript, CDK, markdown.

№ 04 The training stack
InBody + a spreadsheet
The scale lies. Body composition data does not. A monthly InBody scan plus a workout log in a plain spreadsheet beat every fancy tracking app I tried.
What I run: Track total body water, lean mass, and segmental fat over time. Decide off the trend line, not the number on a Tuesday.

№ 05 The desk
Keychron + a 27-inch monitor
Mechanical keyboard for the hours, single big monitor for the focus. Nothing flashy, everything earns its spot.
What I run: A Keychron Q3 (browns), an LG ultrafine on an arm, a $20 Anker dock.

№ 06 The shelf
A handful of books
A short, honest list. The ones that actually changed how I run a one-person company. The rest, I sold.
What I run: Working in Public · The Mom Test · Shoe Dog · The Pathless Path · Deep Work.
